Refund policy

Customers may request review of paid orders that were rejected, cancelled or failed. Staff assess preparation, pickup, delivery evidence and the reason before approving a full refund. Creating a request does not guarantee approval. Unpaid order reservations expire after 30 minutes and release stock. Any later verified payment for that expired order returns to the funded wallet; it does not place a new order.

Approved refunds are credited to the customer’s funded wallet and recorded in the ledger. Unused wallet funds and requests for return to the original payment source must be handled by support under the operator’s published policy. Automated bank withdrawals and provider-source refunds are not enabled in this build.

These are operational drafts. The business must obtain legal review, fill in company and support details, and approve its privacy, food safety, cancellation, refund and partner policies before accepting live orders.
