Customer policy

Mubbify connects customers with approved local food vendors and riders. Prices, packaging, delivery fees, service fees, taxes and validated discounts are recorded in the final order. Only addresses inside the configured service area with a valid road route can check out.

Payment and fulfilment are tracked separately. Keep your delivery code private until your food arrives. Do not misuse another person’s account or submit false delivery information. Orders are subject to availability, acceptance deadlines and the refund review policy.

These are operational drafts. The business must obtain legal review, fill in company and support details, and approve its privacy, food safety, cancellation, refund and partner policies before accepting live orders.
