Mubbify processes account details, delivery addresses, order history, payment references, vendor and rider verification records, and permission-based location reports to operate food delivery. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider.

Verification evidence is private and accessible only to authorised reviewers. Rider coordinates are shared only for authorised delivery operations and include a last-reported timestamp. Browser location sharing stops when the session cannot report updates. Detailed location history is retained for seven days by the scheduler.

Request access, correction, deletion or account archiving through support. Financial and dispute records may need to be retained under applicable requirements. The operator must publish its identity, contact details, lawful bases, retention periods, processor information, and complaint route before launch.

These are operational drafts. The business must obtain legal review, fill in company and support details, and approve its privacy, food safety, cancellation, refund and partner policies before accepting live orders.
